Equate was founded by Jonathan Spink, an investment banker with 14 years experience in the industry. In particular, he has worked for institutions such as Deutsche Bank and UBS, focusing on European and global equity markets. Before entering banking, Jonathan studied Modern Languages at Oxford University, where he specialised in German.
